A character sheet
made for paper.

Generate your character in the D&D 2024 character builder, or import a Folio D20 JSON file you exported earlier. The folio puts the numbers you use in play first, with equipment, features and spell references following.

Before you print

Read the issues and notes above your character. An issue to resolve means a selection still requires review; printing does not resolve it. Check your name, level, equipment and prepared spells, then export your JSON so the editable character is kept separately from the paper copy.

Choose A4 or US Letter

Use the Paper selector above the folio. Choose A4 or US Letter to match the paper in your printer. Choose Print sheet to open the browser’s print dialog.

In the dialog, check that the paper size matches your selection and use portrait orientation. Begin with the default scale or 100%. Turn off the browser’s own headers and footers if they add a date, address or page title around the folio. Review the preview before sending it to the printer.

Four sections, without repeated descriptions

The sheet contains statistics and attacks, abilities, equipment and character, then magic. Each ability combines its effect, costs and tracking; each spell has one description. Page count follows the content. The Layout selector keeps the Classic sheet available.

Check the complete preview, particularly if you added a long name, many attacks or custom content. A checked box means a spent use. Attack boxes reset for each Attack action; other pools show their recovery. Boxes are for paper and do not save a game session. Keep the source rules available when a detailed interaction matters.

Save a PDF copy

Choose your browser’s PDF destination instead of a physical printer. This saves the print layout for sharing or printing later. A PDF is a readable copy; it does not replace the JSON file used to reopen the character in the builder.

No account is required. The print dialog belongs to your browser, and the application does not upload your character to create the sheet.
